We want you to absolutely love your purchase!! If for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied, you can 

1, Return items within 7 days after you receive it. Do not accept any complaints and indemnities due to the wrong size by personal reason and subjective factors and just dislikes the item. No return on promotional items.

2, Please do not return the items directly to the address on the package that you have received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

3, The item must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. We are not responsible for washed items even if following wash instructions. You can always contact us with any questions, and we will do our best to assist you.

4,We are responsible or partially responsible for all the following defective items within 7 days after you receive it: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, obvious color difference.

Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

If you are looking to exchange a size or color of an item, please email us as soon as possible to service@stylerae.com. We will do our best to put the item on hold for you until we receive your return. Exchanges all depend on availability.
